Mining

Bandenia in collaboration with the Smart Group has many mining projects around the globe in Kyrgyzstan, Armenia , South Africa , Zimbabwe, Kenya , Pakistan.

One of the most advanced projects is the Azatec Project located in Armenia.

The Azatek project is centred in the valley of the Arpa River near the town of Vayk in south-central Armenia, approximately 130 km from the Capital of Yerevan.

o Infrastructure is well developed, with good road, gas and power networks.
o Polymetallic mineralisation first observed in 1950.
o To-date, a significant amount of exploration and development work has been completed including over 125 km of drilling.
o The Azatek deposit is divided by the Arpa River, Vostochniy (Eastern) area and Zapadniy (Western) area. These differ in their geological and structural nature, ore body morphology and mineralisation distribution.
o Two smaller, satellite deposits – Sofi-Bina – are the NE continuation of the Azatek deposit, with the Gladzor deposit some 20 km away from it.
o Recent infill and validation drilling has confirmed the historic data, resulting in up-to-date JORC compliant Mineral Resources/Reserves.

One of the strategies for Bandenia is to mine the gold and hold some of this gold as its reserves .
